There was a whole host of bugs with Tekura blocks that were causing them
to act inconsistantly or not at all. I've gone through and done a large
backend update of them to get them working again and additionally
recoded some aspects to bring them up to date with the current metagame.
You can find the changes below:

- Fixed blocks checking for the wrong player in the room.
- You can no longer turn on a block while wielding something.
- ASB, LSB, and PNB can no longer fire multiple times on multi-attacks.
- Bodyblock can now fire upon instances of damage that are coded to be
non-reflective.
- Bodyblock can now fire upon thrown weapons.
- ASB, LSB, and PNB will now only fire on a damage attack that has a
brute damage sourcing.
- Fixed ASB and LSB dealing incorrect amounts of limb damage.
- ASB and PNB now require at least one unbroken arm to fire.
- LSB now requires at least one unbroken leg to fire.
- Rewrote the messages for LSB, ASB, and PNB and updated them to use
combat messages.
- Fixed the PNB message to better display that it lets you dodge the
attack it fires upon.
- ASB, LSB, and PNB will no longer fire if your target is protected or
you are pacified in some manner.
- Updated ASB and LSB limb damage typing to be blunt.
- Blocks can no longer fire upon yourself, no matter your condition.
- Updated AB files for the various blocks.

Please let me know if you find any bugs.
