I'm going to be reopening a recent election in Bloodloch shortly due to
somebody voting on multiple characters. The actual result without those
votes would have been a tie (and thus a reelection) so this is just
restoring the status quo.

Please remember voting on multiple characters in the same elections is
against the HELP SECONDS rules, and doing so will result in you being
punished.
