Artifacts

I've improved the ability to buy artifacts through the website with two new features.

1) You can now buy 'upgrade credits' from the artifact cart. These special credits can only be applied when upgrading one of your artifact powers from one level to another in game, using the new shopless purchasing system (announce 2416).

2) You can now also buy artifact powers that don't have items attached to them, e.g. enhancement. When purchased, these items will be created on an 'orb of power' and can be transferred from the orb to any valid item free of charge.

I've also added a bunch of new artifact powers to the purchase list, as follows:

Power: master_bombcrafter
Cost: 300cr
Bomb-related actions will be faster and your crafted bombs will do more damage. If you do not have access to Bombcrafting in the military tree, this will grant you access to it.

Power: residual_expand
Cost: 250/500/1000cr
Expands the maximum capacity of your residual energy reserves by 10%, 20% or 30% depending on the artifact's level.

Power: improved_absorption
Cost: 200cr
Double the residual ylem earned through the Absorption modification. If your city does not have access to Absorption, this will grant you access to it.

Power: field_duplication
Cost: 850cr
Allows the wearer to maintain two Manipulation fields at once.

Power: critical_field (see note)
Cost: 500cr
Allows the wearer to conjure a Manipulation field that improves critical hit chance for all allies in the room by 3%. Stacks with other crit bonuses, but only one critical field works at a time.
Usage: MANIPULATE YLEM FOR CRITICAL FIELD
Costs 20% residual ylem.

Power: experience_field (see note)
Allows the wearer to conjure a Manipulation field that improves the experience gain of all allies in the room by 10%. Stacks with other experience bonuses, but only one experience field works at a time.
Usage: MANIPULATE YLEM FOR EXPERIENCE FIELD
Costs 20% residual ylem.

Power: hunting_field (see note)
Cost: 500cr
Allows the wearer to conjure a Manipulation field that improves the hunting damage of all allies in the room by 5%. Stacks with other hunting damage bonuses, but only one hunting field works at a time.
Usage: MANIPULATE YLEM FOR HUNTING FIELD
Costs 20% residual ylem.

Note: This works like other Manipulation fields in that you can only have one field active at once (unless you have field_duplication), and the defence will last for an Aetolian month.
