You can now purchase the 'charm' artifact from the artifact shop for 400
credits. Everyone already with the artifact has been refunded the
difference.

Those you that already had the artifact before this post have three more
days to ask for a full refund if that is your wish, in which afterward
you will need to trade in the artifact per normal.
