Quick side note that I'll continue to work on Teradrim based on feedback. It's not an easy class to tweak as there is a lot functionality entwined into it all over the place. I imagine there may be some unintended behaviour.

Animation
==========================
- [2232] Vigilance cooldown reduced to 4 hours, down from an IG year.
- [2237] Lightly reduced the damage on Pummel.

Desiccation
==========================
- [2235] Yellow rune now increases sandstorm level by two stages, rather then
straight to maximum.
- [2235] Reduced yellow rune chance bonus for Erosion to +10%, down from +25%.
* Base chance is now 60% with rune, 50% without.

Elemancy & Sciomancy
==========================
- [2221] Frostspike/Stonespike slowed down to 3 seconds equilibrium, up
from 2.8.
- [2221] Reduced the bleed caused by Frostspike/Stonespike very slightly.
- [2221] Aetherstaff/Voidstaff resistance penetration bonus from brands
increased to 10% base + 10% per brand, up from 10% + 8% per brand.
- [2228] Voidgaze now requires the target be not blind instead of transfixed.
- [2228] Voidgaze now gives weariness, confusion, recklessness,
hallucinations, and then Shadowbrand.

Primality

- [2242] Boosted Vinelash no longer places a thorn unless you have at least
3 energy. All other effects still apply.
- [2250] Boosted Equivalence no longer cures the transferred afflictions,
however they are now hidden when transfered to the target.

Shamanism
==========================
- [2254] Lowered the chance of Elder Shaman Oath proc'ing to 8%, down
from 10%.

Tarot
==========================
- [2243] Imprinted cards are now always INC'd as a blank card. You will
need to inscribe in order to get permanent cards that survive the cache
transfer.

Terramancy
==========================
- [2237] Reduced the damage of all of Terramancy flail attacks to some
degree.

Miscellaneous
==========================
- [2237] Fixed a bug that caused all flails to deal 10% less damage than
other weapons.
