Raffle/Prize Ticket info

Some of you may have got your hands on the prize and raffle tickets, and have been wondering what they'll be used for. Each of these will give you the opportunity to obtain some special items that are themed after past events and conflicts.

If you're after more tickets, I've got good news: Mobs now have a somewhat rare chance to drop prize tickets, and a very rare chance to drop a raffle ticket.

Here's the breakdown of items:

RAFFLE
======
The raffle is a lottery where you can potentially win one of the seven artifacts. Not only are the descriptions of these items customized, but also the messages they show when used!

* a burlwood wand (Wand of Reflections)
* a battleworn blade (Culling blade)
* a tarnished amulet of the Misty Isles (Wand of Portals)
* a shattered mirror of the Ankyri (Iosai Lyre)
* a lodestone of the Hlugnic Empire (Sulfurous Amulet)
* a thurible of the Illuminai (Wings of the Eagle)
* a venantium folding needle (Wyvern's tail)
* a discreet field cache (slow-decay storage chest)

There will only be one of each of these in the raffle. There will also be several runner-up prizes of varying amounts of prize tickets, so you can obtain some of the other neat items below.

The raffle will be opened using the lottery system (HELP LOTTERIES) soon after this post. You will be able to enter the raffle by doing REDEEM RAFFLETICKET. This will consume the ticket and it will no longer be tradeable. You can purchase additional entries into the raffle at 10 credits each, using the LOTTERY BUY command. Raffle tickets will also be available through the prize shop, as listed below.
