Good day to the consumer base of Esterport.

It is commonly known that the more corrupt a society, the more likely
their officials are to brandish legal documents as if they were nothing
less than holy writ. We are all mortal, and prone to error from time to
time.

It has come to my attention that a number of you have been blacklisted
from the fair city of Esterport - depriving you, good and honest
consumers, from fairly participating in our economy. This simply will
not do.

Pray, come and visit. I tend to take my smoke breaks in front of the
city's bridge. We'll have this tedious business behind us, rest assured.
