1. Stored Cult/Sect Essence will now drain properly every 4 in game months.

2. Updated the LANDMARKS command to work a little different and have more MXP links.

3. A couple wraith bosses were not working properly in the Necropolis. They work right now. Another one needs to be fixed and that should be done within the next couple of days.

4. High end spawned mobs in the underworld will slowly disappear if no one is bashing in the area now. This means the area will slowly reset back to the first wave of mobs.
