For those of you that use GMCP, you will now find that char.vitals also contains Tree tattoo balance.

In addition, the following change:
Previously, char.vitals only sent balance information for balances you were LACKING (sending no information if you had the balance). I'm happy to report that this is no longer the case - you will now receive information about balances when you have them. This should make it a little easier to utilize the information from the char.vitals message.
