Greetings everyone,

I have put up a quick help file that might help you guys out. There has been questions, and a lot of "Talk to this person, talk to that person" over there years, so hopefully HELP CONTACTS will be able to help those of you out. Remember, we have the ISSUE SYSTEM (Which is not used for bugs unless they are game-breaking, or for random requests) as well as the BUGS, TYPOS, and IDEAS system. If you feel your request is truly in need of contacting someone then you can use this help file to figure out where you need to direct your messages/e-mails.
