A few changes, caravans mainly

A few changes:
- Starburst no longer strips Shadowbinding defences - omission from the earlier classlead
- Caravan traders are no longer affected by Intimidate, Lure, and similar effects; regular caravan guards should still be affected; this resolves various weird oddities with orphaned caravans
- Beacon sentries no longer team up on players - a sentry will aggro against a player only if no other sentry is attacking that player currently; the sentries' primary role (attacking caravans and beacons) remains unchanged; the intent here is to make sentries still usable as support in player combat, but prevent them from being the decisive factor - further changes may be coming depending on how this plays out
- The above only applies to the aggro effect; sentries will still assist each other if attacked
