[370] Becloud (Spatium) reworked, it now creates a roomwide effect that reduces received damage for everyone in the room (including enemies) by 10%. Experimental, may change it depending on how it plays out.

[387] Removed the silvery crest artifact

[388] Altered or added messages for these Noctu skills: Combustion, Fever, Heave

[389] Safe and communication commands (now including THINK) shouldn't break channels anymore; if this has any undesired side effects, please report them in the usual way
