Hello again, Imperian!

Another week, another set of updates for you all.

- RINGTELLS is now considered a communications command. This means that any channeled action that allows communication will now allow it.
- You may now use PROMO REMOVE ALL [confirm] to remove all items you have listed on the promotions market.
- Converted PROMO to the new syntax display system.
- You may now use ME as a target for cult and sect favors.
- The talisman of carved deer antler can now be traded in for 1 credit, or sold/traded via the promotions market.
- We've added a new feature intended to make lending out your artifacts a bit easier: ARTIFACT RESET <item #> <1-120>
- This will let you set the time before the artifact returns to you, from 1 to 120 minutes (2 hours) from the moment you use the command.

We also fixed several issues with ethereal mirrors:
- Mirroring a profession not of your circle and using your class defences should no longer tank your affinity.
- You will now use the weapon proficiencies of your mirror target instead of your own.
- Fixed a number of profession-specific things
- Mirroring a Bard will now properly mirror their specialization.
- Mirroring someone with Deathknight or Diabolist will now properly regenerate essence.
- Mirroring a Summoner will now properly mirror their pacts.
- Mirroring a Monk will now properly mirror their specialization.

For these changes, I focused on making the current use of the mirror more functional. I have some additional improvements in mind for the ethereal mirror, but they are much more involved. We'll reapproach the mirror and its functionality to further improve it in the near future.

Along with this came the standard set of bug and typo fixes.
