Two new minor CONFIG options this morning for display purposes.

CONFIG ROOMNUM <ON|OFF>
This will append the room number on the end of the brief description.

CONFIG HIDETITLES <ON|OFF>
This will hide the prefix and suffix of all players in normal room descriptions.
