We have increased the wheel spin cost to 25 again, but we added back many of the old items. Unless you get a lot of credits, or a complete costume, you should get at least one item per spin.

Added a change to get the following items in the Wheel of Fortune:

- A scepter gem (HELP SCEPTERS)
