Library logs are here! Those with library privs for their org may
LIBRARY LOG from within the library to view it. At present, the
following events are recorded:

o Addition of books to a library
o Sealing of library books
o Prestige submission
o Prestige wins
o Book checkouts
o Library card issues
o Library card revokations
o Setting of library fees
o Setting of checkout periods
o Publishing of books
o Removal of books from a library
o Setting of books to literary or scholarly type

Additionally, I am planning on adding in notes regarding critiquing, but
some minor issues are holding that back for the moment, and I wanted to
get the rest of this released.

As with the stage logs, attempting to view the library log before any
entries have been made will fail. Also, any suggestions for additions to
the logged events can be sent to me via message.
