I've just loaded up the first batch of changes from April's envoy
reports. Details are as follows:

o The future aspect of Shamanism's LAND vision will now affect the
balance for lucidity slush potion.

o The future aspect of Shamanism's ROOT vision will now affect the
balance for purity dust wafers.

o Haegl may no longer be used twice in a SUPERSLING.

o Shadowbeat's BARGHESTBLUES will now affect the balance for purity dust
wafers.

o Nekotai's FINALSTING will no longer have special poison effects;
instead, its damage will scale upwards with the target's bleeding, and
will become an instakill when used on a target with at least 2000
bleeding.

The rest of the reports will trickle through over the coming days,
though some will take a bit of time since they represent moderately
large changes.
