I forgot to mention this change in the previous posts as well:

- Gmcp affliction messages will no longer be sent in blackout, bringing
them in-line with in-game affmessages. There was a bug here that also
blocked all gmcp aff messages after I loaded the changes last night, but
this is now fixed.
