This week I'll be working on converting a new affliction, paranoia, over
to the overhaul system. Its new cure will be the lucidity slush potion.
Unlike the epilepsy affliction, paranoia will be taking the place of two
other afflictions, dizziness and vertigo. Specifically, this means that
any abilities that currently afflict with dizziness or vertigo will be
changed to afflict with paranoia instead (or simply have that affliction
removed, if there are any multi-aff attacks that have both those
afflictions and paranoia in the list).

The cure and afflict lines for paranoia should be remaining the same. If
any skills will require changes to their text to be updated to
accomadate the change, those will be announced. However, I recommend
using affmessages for triggering here regardless, as they will be
uniform for all afflictions:

You are afflicted with <affliction>.

I'll announce when these changes are live, or, if necessary, any trigger
lines or other needed modifications that will be of player interest.
